Informal Meetings
Meetings held without schedules, spontaneously, at relaxed envirnment on a by-the-way fashion. Meant to unlock challenges, remove blockers ect.
Team Meetings
Formal and informal team engagements to discuss general progress, challenges, sharing notes and agreeing on action items

- Employee request feedback from stakeholders about performance
- Leadr requests feedback
- Feedback is consolidated by the leader
Scheduling Meeting
- HR coordinates scheduling of review meetings
- Meetings Scheduled with the team as a whole
- 1-on-1 meetings schedules with individuals themselves
Performance Rating
- Employee does performance self-rating
- Leader does manager performance rating
Preparing for Meeting
- HR coordinates and assists parties to prepare for meeting
- Employee puts POE together
- Leader takes notes from reports and meetings
Review Meeting
- HR MAY join where there are no issues, but MUST join where there is inadequate performance
- Meeting minutes taken
- Agreed ratings recorded
